Using the directory
You can access the directory by clicking 'Find a Provider' at the top of the site.
Here you can use the keyword search bar or the filters down the left side of the page to refine your search.
Promoted listings
Some listings may be promoted, you can identify these as a label will display: 'Promoted Listing'
Special offers
Providers offering special promotions or discounts can be found by looking for the red 'Special offer' banner. To see details of the special offer, click on the provider listing and scroll to the 'Special offer' section on their profile.
Shortlist
You can shortlist providers you are interested in to re-visit later by click on the star next to their listing. This will save the provider to your shortlist which you can access on your dashboard.
Sending and receiving messages
You can send a message to a provider by clicking on their profile and using the 'send message' function. Once you have submitted your message, it will be visible in your 'Messages' area which can be accessed at the top of the site.
The provider will be notified that you have sent them a message. Once they respond you will receive an email notification asking you to check your messages on the website.
